  • Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party software, plugins, templates, or stock assets that are subject to their own license terms.
  • Source Code: Source code ownership and transfer terms are defined in individual project agreements.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital and IT services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Work already completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Specific refund terms may be outlined in individual service agreements.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
